• Develop risk analysis on estimating projects using primavera pertmaster.

• Monitor project cost and commitments thru the life of projects to report profits and overruns to CEO,
CFO & COO on monthly basis or when requested.
• Assist project management team to strategically build work plans to overcome roadblocks or delays
through various methods such as using industry related technical knowledge, improvising with using
available resources and scheduling overtime to meet critical deadlines.
• Visit job sites on a weekly basis to validate all the updated information on the P6 Schedules and Cost
Reports are up to date and accurate.
